Details and scope of each project are agreed upon before starting.

2. Payments

• Payment is due upon agreement unless otherwise discussed.

• Invoices are sent digitally via email or form systems.

• Prices include VAT (if applicable).

3. Delivery Times

• Most services are delivered within 3–10 business days.

• Timelines vary based on service and client responsiveness.

4. Revisions

• We offer 1–2 free revisions, depending on the service.

• Extra revisions may result in additional charges.

5. Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of the services, no refunds are offered once work has begun.

• If we cannot deliver the service as agreed, a partial refund may be discussed.

6. Ownership & Rights

• Final deliverables become your property upon full payment.

• We may showcase finished work in our portfolio (unless agreed otherwise).

7. Liability

FAMA Content is not liable for any indirect damages or loss resulting from the use of the delivered content or services.
